Employing Healing Touch™, Amy balances chakras and helps to move, release and transform stuck energy within a client‘s body by facilitating a relaxing, meditative experience. This technique is performed with the client fully dressed while lying on a massage table mostly with hands not touching the physical body.
As a life coach, Amy provides personalized guidance and and motivational, realistic support for adults in meeting their life and work goals. This can be done as an office visit or combined with an energy work session.
